CTCO surpasses the 9,000 visitors mark

The 9th CTCO trade show closed on Thursday, 28 January on a positive note, with the event continuing its growth. In 2016, CTCO drew 9,070 visitors: a 2% increase on the 2015 figure.

From 26 to 28 January, Halls 2 and 3 of the Eurexpo hosted 258 exhibitors, including 93 textile brands and 196 promotional gift suppliers. All product categories were represented, from nutrition and writing tools to the very popular drones. Meanwhile, textiles were not left behind, with exhibits of eco-friendly clothes, tailored garments, technical clothing, work wear and more.

The visitors of the trade show had access to all the new products in goodies, high-tech objects and textile collections, through which they gained a complete panorama of what the promotional market had to offer.

This year, a new activity zone was opened to visitors: the CTCO Must-Haves. This area was designed to present our exhibitors’ products based on a common theme, the 2016 UEFA European Championship. Over 150 products were exhibited at the Must-Haves zone, from the traditional and unavoidable football and jersey to the more original ball-shaped water bottles, post-its in the form of jerseys and even a 100% football BBQ kit.

Visitors were also able to enjoy the numerous conferences, workshops and round-tables, which included the marketing workshop, promotional gift and responsible procurement workshop, and the round table, “2005-2025: 20 years of promotional garments and gifts” in CTCO’s central area. Both this central area and the Must-Haves zone became the key sites of the trade show: a source for exchanges and camaraderie.

The 10th CTCO trade show will be held at Eurexpo, Lyon from 31 January to 2 February 2017. See you next year!
