Fyvar launches the Fyvar Virtual Shows, 100% virtual events

At the end of July, FYVAR (International Association of Advertising and Promotional Goods Manufacturers and Vendors) decided to cancel all physical road shows for the Autumn ’20 season.

As a representative association of the PTO industry, we consider it ESSENTIAL to promote the upturn in the sector, at this time, when personal contact, travel and large gatherings are so limited.

For this reason, FYVAR is committed to providing the benefits of the virtual world and creating the tool for meetings, called FYVAR VIRTUAL SHOWS.

We are aware that virtual events do not have the same power as face-to-face interactions, but current circumstances require it. For this reason we have created a new product that allows companies to optimise their time and economic resources in the commercial sector.

The main objective is to organize virtual meeting between all those involved in this sector: Wholesalers, Manufacturers, Importers, branding companies – machinery and distributors – retailers.

The FYVAR DIGITAL SHOWS are integrated in a virtual platform, where you merely need a PC, Smartphone or Tablet, which simulates, in an extremely simple way, a professional event like the ones we know. Facilitating interaction, reducing costs (travel, assembly, etc.) and irreparable health risks. It is an easy and economical operation that allows you to hold meetings and do business from anywhere in the world.

 

The platform offers an easy and intuitive system, where each exhibitor has a customised space, with workstations for salespeople, the possibility of exchanging contacts, catalogues, video-demonstrations or giving talks and conferences. At all times, the exhibitor will be able to consult which visitors have accessed the exhibition centre, request a meeting, show their products, set up a videoconference in the same environment, etc.

The visitor (exclusively professionals) will have access to a virtual fairground, where, in a very simple way, just by clicking on an option, he or she will be able to have a face-to-face interview with the exhibitors and their favourite suppliers, as well as discover new proposals, without the need to install software or technical complexities. The system will allow you to visit the stands of the exhibitors as if it were a fair or road show. You will be able to download catalogues in PDF, see images in static and dynamic format.

Despite the fact that the investment, in technological and analytical terms, has been significant, we are putting a lot of energy and effort into achieving an adapted, intuitive and simple platform.

The “Betta” phase took place on 9th September, thus celebrating the first virtual road show, Madrid Autumn 2020. Soon, FYVAR will call for new dates and places, to continue connecting the whole sector.
